The Kuwi and Friends enamel range is strong, beautiful and created with the environment in mind. Each piece is hand dipped, with the artwork applied by hand, so there will be slight variations and imperfections that add to the vintage feel. Expect slight imperfections.
Each item is hand dipped in a thick enamel glaze and then fired in the kiln in extremely high temperatures. During this process, the coloured pigment in the glaze reacts during the firing process, giving each piece its own varying character and finish, with no two pieces exactly the same.

This enamelware is shatterproof, although if dropped the outer porcelain layer can chip. Please check thoroughly and discontinue use immediately if a chip is loose or there are any sharp edges.
